Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of aircraft technical and records experience in the airline and lessor environments.
- Can undertake international travel on short notice and in possession of a valid passport.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision making skills.
- Experience in oversight, representation, and quality inspections of aircraft during heavy maintenance checks or other field technical activities.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of aircraft and powerplant systems, structural damage & repairs, airworthiness directives, modifications (service bulletins, engineering orders, STCs, etc.), component certification (hard time and on-condition), aircraft maintenance program documents (MPD), component traceability, and thoroughly conversant with use of aircraft technical manuals and instructions.
- Knowledge of international standards for aircraft records, retention, and presentation to foreign aviation authorities and/or aircraft operators.
- Demonstrated capability of delivering targeted results on time and within budget.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and have above average IT capability.
- Must own a laptop and scanner.
